Traffic Tickets Simplified
Does Dismissed 4 Less Actually Work?
Yes, it is the most affordable way to challenge your traffic ticket and keep your insurance rates low.
When drivers don’t challenge their traffic tickets and pay the court for the violation, they are guaranteeing paying the full cost of their ticket, a potential point on their driving record, and possibly an increase in their insurance costs. This leads to fees of over $1,000, on average, combined with a tarnished driving record which can impact future tickets and even job interviews.
Dismissed 4 Less took this knowledge and designed a perfect system — one that allows all customers to benefit from challenging their traffic ticket and avoid the hassle of attending court.
The end result is that all customers can benefit from teaming up with our traffic ticket experts, see significant savings from the face value of their ticket, and can do so with little action required on their behalf. It’s a beautiful thing!

Why should I challenge my Ticket?
Think about your traffic ticket and whether you fully understand the negative effects associated with the alleged violation.
Not only do you have to pay the full cost of the ticket, but you will very likely pay higher insurance premiums for up to three years, which averages around $1,000. Not to mention, you will quickly damage your driving record and the cost of future tickets will be exponentially higher.
Paying your California Traffic Ticket without challenging it is not the only option. Challenging your traffic ticket is your right and the issuing authority is required to meet the standards of proof to find you guilty. Challenging the ticket simply forces the officer to meet their obligation of proof before they get to reach into your wallet and ruin your driving record.
Most people elect not to challenge their ticket because they may not be fully aware of the future costs, are not sure if they can or how to go about doing it, or are intimidated by the court system in some way.
Dismissed 4 Less solves this by composing your defense documents and streamlining the process ultimately reducing the risk of a negative outcome. We enable you to exercise your rights while at the same time saving you money.
